Case Study

Social Activity Enrichment Workflow

A workflow that enriched an existing lead list with recent social activity so the outreach team could prioritize outreach more intelligently.

Overview

The team already had leads. What was missing was a faster way to understand who looked active and worth prioritizing. This workflow started from a Google Sheets lead database, checked LinkedIn and Facebook activity, and surfaced recency signals the outreach team could use before doing outreach. The underlying n8n workflow itself is not shown publicly because the client owns that implementation, so this case study uses a systems diagram and output screens instead.

Workflow Diagram

A lead-prioritization workflow built from existing data, not a brand-new list.

The original n8n workflow is not shown here because the client owns that implementation. Instead, this diagram shows the exact system logic: existing leads go in, social activity gets checked, recency signals are surfaced, and the outreach team gets a more useful outreach priority view.

Output Proof

Since the client-owned n8n build itself is private, these screens show the source sheet and the enriched output layer that the workflow produced for the outreach team.

Step 1

Source Lead Database

The workflow started from an existing Google Sheets lead list that already contained contact and profile data the team was working from.

Step 2

Enrichment Output

The workflow added freshness and activity context such as recent post dates, captions, and visible engagement signals the team could use before outreach.

What Was Included

Used an existing Google Sheets lead database as the starting point for enrichment.
Checked recent LinkedIn and Facebook activity to identify fresher engagement signals.
Made lead prioritization easier for the outreach team before outreach began.
Turned a flat lead list into something with more context and better operational value.
